2024 Swarna Shakthi Reward & Loyalty Program General Terms and Conditions for Retailers :
1. The Swarna Shakthi points displayed on WOW Super app are linked to the WOW Super App login number.
2. Each Swarna Shakthi point is equivalent to one rupee (LKR).
3. Swarna Shakthi points can be redeemed on the WOW Super App to purchase products that are available on the WOW Mall.
4. User Journey for Redemption of Swarna Shakthi Points.
a. Navigate to the WOW homepage and click the WOW Mall mini app.
b. Locate Top Seller Items:
You can either,
(a) Click on “View All” in the Top Seller section.
(b) Locate and click on the menu icon at the top right of the page, then select “Swarna Shakthi Redemptions.”
(c) Click on the yellow banner titled “Check your Swarna Shakthi benefits today.”
c. All the above actions will direct you to the Top Seller Items Page, where you can select the item, you wish to purchase or redeem.
d. Add the item you wish to purchase to the cart and proceed to Checkout.
e. Switch on the Swarna Shakthi toggle to apply your points.
f. Complete the Order by making the payment, if required.
5. Users shall have the following options when redeeming points:
a. Redeem all points based on the cart value.
b. If you have less points than the cart value, redeem all points and pay the balance in cash of card.
Note: Partial redemption of Swarna Shakthi points is not allowed.
