How do I make a Reload or Bill payment on WOW?

What is the minimum amount payable for reloads and bill payments?

For a utility payment the minimum value should be Rs.20

Is there any utility payment service charge?

There will be a Rs.20 service charge only for CED, LECO and Water bill payments. Customer needs to add Rs.20 to the final Water or electricity bill amount to cover the service fee.

Will the utility payment go through instantly?

Dialog related payments will be updated in real-time. other bill payments (Non-Dialog     bill payments, Utility payments, etc..) will be updated based on the standard time period      given by the respective service provider.
